CHALLENGE When Aflac tasked us to increase awareness around their One Day Pay℠ program, my team and I sold through a Facebook-native 360° video to announce the Aflac Super Duck. After a humorous bout of learning how the live duck training industry works, we trucked ahead with the goal of being the first comic book-inspired Facebook 360° video. This concept was born in partnership with Facebook's brand new 360° advertising product. It leveraged the functionalities of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to drive awareness through micro-content.
Social content included a tease phase where we transformed the real duck they were currently using into a comic book style Super Duck, followed by a launch and sustain phase.
